A life can hold more than one vocation. Mine lives at the intersection of service, systems, sacred places, and the people entrusted to my care.
Build with purpose
Cloud systems, AI, and automation are most useful when they protect human dignity.
Travel awake
Assisi, Florence, Rome—or a quiet Colorado road. The journey should change the traveler.
Keep it human
Good food, family, dogs with pasta nicknames, and humor are serious parts of a good life.

On artificial intelligence
AI is a remarkably capable tool, but it is not a neighbor. Let it accelerate the work; never let it replace responsibility, relationship, judgment, or compassion.
On pilgrimage
A pilgrimage is not tourism with church stops. It is movement with intention: attention sharpened, gratitude practiced, and the heart made available to surprise.
On ministry
The most memorable pastoral moments are rarely polished. They are faithful, unhurried, and close enough to another person’s life to become real.
On building things
Simplicity is not the absence of depth. It is depth arranged with enough care that another person can use it without first becoming its creator.
